Our Rosé de Saignée gives a lot more than just a colour. We work hard, carefully and tirelessly to pack as much flavour as we can into every glass. Bold, bursting with fruit and sweet flavours, our rosé might be deviously subtle on the eye, but should not be underestimated.

FOOD PAIRING

If there is a Champagne that lends itself to big flavours it is our explosively fruit-driven rosé. Intense sweet cherry and strawberry notes, tempered by sharp gooseberry, make it superb with bolder or sweeter ingredients.

HOW IS IT MADE?

To produce our rosé, we macerate the chosen grapes as for a red wine, but drain the juice before it becomes too dark through contact with the skins. Nature determines the intensity of the colour – some years deep and other years pale pink – but the flavours are always expressive and aromatic.
