HOW IS IT MADE?

When handled with skill and care, oak-ageing can exalt a champagne, adding complexity and finesse. We select both new and old French oak barrels from a range of high-quality cooperages, blending wine that has been oak-aged for several months with unoaked so as to obtain pleasant toasted and vanilla aromas without masking the elegant fruit flavours of our Chardonnay.
